No Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is completed, cancellation of the order is not permitted under any circumstances.
No Refund After Delivery

After the order has been delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or spoiled mangoes, please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos as proof.
Our team will review the complaint.

If damage is verified, a proportionate refund will be issued based on the quantity affected.
Refund Processing
